Vision

Sustainable agriculture is facilitated by the biodiversity of our site. Features that would be considered a drawback to a larger operation are a blessing to us. Twelve planted acres are surrounded by more than a dozen acres of ravines, fir and old growth oak, providing a habitat for birds, beneficial insects, and other wildlife.

Clones

Yates Conwill Vineyard rolls from east to west in a series of south sloping waves. Aspects range from a gentle 5 % to a more aggressive 20 %. Soils range from low to moderate vigor in the "classical" Willakenzie Series.
